- Creamy Peanut Butter – 250 g
- Ground dark chocolate – 200 g
- Flour – 100 grams
- Brown sugar – 300 g
Method
1. Set aside 60 g chocolate and creamy peanut butter. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius and line a 25 cm square baking tin with baking paper. Slowly heat the remaining creamy peanut butter, chocolate and sugar in a skillet, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has almost melted. The mixture should be placed again in a bowl to cool.
2. Pour the pre-melted creamy peanut butter over the brownie after melting it in a frying pan or in the microwave on medium for 1 minute. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is coated but the center seems slightly underbaked.
3. Spread the ready-made chocolate over the brownie, melt it and let it cool in the bowl before cutting it into squares.
